Directions
Keep on the A38 through Plymouth, eventually you will go over the Tamar bridge.
Now in Cornwall you will go through the Saltash Tunnel 30mph. At the roundabout ahead there is a Waitrose (right and right again, should you need one), if not carry on across on the A38. 
Next a hidden speed camera in a dip, then Landrake and Tideford. 
You then go under a railway bridge and at Trerulefoot roundabout, turn left. Go down the A374 for 1mile then turn right towards Looe on the A387, at Hessenford turn left for Seaton on B3247.
After 2 miles, the road goes round a right handed bend before coming to the beach area, Keveral lane is marked right on that bend. The Maisonette is just up the lane on the right.   Multimap Link
