 Your accommodation is a compact purpose built residential bungalow on its own secluded plot, only yards from the sea.
Situated at the bottom of the tree lined Keveral lane, which offers walks high onto the hillside. The Maisonette is shielded from windy weather, with the garden offering all year round protection, whilst enjoying views of the Seaton countryside.

The totally secluded garden is often surrounded by birdsong and  sound of the sea. It catches much of the day's sunshine, making it ideal for relaxing in or eating out of doors.
An open plan living area offers maximum flexibility, with a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and four easy chairs. There are two bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and one single with adult bunk bed.
The bathroom has a 800mm shower cubical
shaver point and heater.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster plus all other essentials. 
Entertainment is by free to air TV, video and radio.
Heating by electric oil heaters (included)

There is one parking space of 6m max with extra parking in the lane.
